16:00		dotplus	although, I am writing public code too; I'll be teaching a class at USENIX LISA on provisioning/testing infrastructure and code/slides (including sources)/video will be public.
16:01		dotplus	As a (big) stretch goal, that class might include a simplified version of the Jenkins stuff.
16:37		pdurbin	That's cool. There's some nice Jenkinsfile job.xml pipeline magic going on at https://github.com/sbgrid/data-capture-module/tree/c286a721485d49806cf18dfa4e9b77c6d06fc74b/jenkins ... "jenkins declarative pipeline" my colleague calls it.
18:06		dotplus	yup, Jenkins2 really took the Pipeline stuff to another level. 2 forms of syntax: Scripted Pipeline (which _is_ groovy but has lots of builtin methods to make Pipelines easier) or Declarative Pipeline syntax which is a DSL.
