11:35 interop_madness question regarding "idempotence of DELETE": consider DELETE /foo/bar/, where bar does not exist before the request. RFC7231 implies that should not result in an error but behave just like bar was successfully deleted (consequence of request as a postcondition has been achieved). now suppose foo already doesn't exist before the DELETE is issued. in order to get bar of foo, i need foo. my understanding is, this case
