18:57 lpapp hi, what is the recommended way for handling the credentials of a user on the client side? Surely, token based authentication can help with that, but that token does not last forever, so once it expires, the client would need to ask for the password from the user again or store it internally, but storing that on the client machine even if just in memory, it does not give me a warm fuzzy feeling... What is the
18:57 lpapp general practice for rest clients?

19:10 lpapp just a long token and oauth for long-living apps in worst case?
19:11 lpapp by long, I am referring to its expiration.
