07:50 interop_madness ok i have a pecu─║iar problem with fiddler, maybe someone had it: i submit an OPTIONS request to https://myserver/foo. the response is http/307, with Location: https://myserver/foo/ (note the trailing slash). fiddler automatically follows the redirection, but now the response is http/400 (Bad Request).
07:51 interop_madness when i do the same request programmatically in C#, it works, i.e. the http request is redirected to the URL with the trailing slash and the final response is http/204 with the Allow header set, as expected and desired
07:52 interop_madness when i look into the raw request from fiddler, i cannot see any problem with the second request following the redirect: it's simply an OPTIONS request to the URL with trailing slashes, otherwise same as the first one
07:54 interop_madness it seems to have something to do with NTLM authentication the webservice requires. if i turn of authentication, it also works with fiddler
