also I would say that if the interview doesn't involve any code, chances are they hired some people who can't code |

aditsu: so, I'm in my first programming job. The interview wasn't too bad because they already knew me. I was asked how I'd code up an elevator and I waved my hands a lot and got the job. That was 6 years ago. |
